Our SMS messaging carrier is currently experiencing an interruption in service impacting Wisely SMS. Guests may not receive text messages as quickly as they usually do or at all. We have seen a low failure rate for our clients at the time of this post but we are closely monitoring the issue. The SMS carrier Engineers are working to resolve the issue and we will continue to provide updates here until this is resolved. We understand this issue may ruffle some feathers—thank you for your patience while our SMS carrier works on a quick resolution.

Our SMS messaging carrier is reporting that they are no longer experiencing connection issues but that they still have SMS messages being processed. We haven't seen message failures impacting our clients for almost an hour but we are still closely monitoring the issue and will continue to provide updates here until this issue is fully resolved. Our SMS carrier is now reporting that SMS services are operating normally and that are continuing to monitor system stability. We at Wisely have continued internal monitoring and we haven't seen any errors for our clients for over two hours. We'll provide a final update once the carrier's engineers confirm the issue is fully resolved.
