We’ve identified an issue with campaign and email sending caused by a downstream provider. Customers may experience issues with delivery and reporting on new campaigns. We will continue to monitor our email provider’s status and explore alternative paths to resolution. The issue is being caused an AWS outage impacting other companies outside of Olo Engage. For more information see: https://health.aws.amazon.com/health/status. If you have an email campaign that was previously scheduled it will go out as expected.

Customers may experience issues creating new Campaigns or adding Email Actions to Automations. Previously scheduled campaigns and existing Automation Email actions will work as expected.
