We are currently investigating a reported issue with our downstream email provider, resulting in impact to email previews, campaigns and automations. We will provide more updates as they become available.

Our downstream email provider has resolved the issue on their end. Any new emails going out through our provider are confirmed to be working as expected and fully functional. (Campaigns, Automations, Surveys, Reservations emails, etc) We’ve identified another issue causing blank emails to be delivered. We are working to resolve. We will provide another update shortly as soon as we are stable.

We have fixed the issue causing blank emails to be delivered. All emails / campaigns / automations are fully functional. We are continuing to monitor, and will move to fully resolved shortly.
