    Hello, GLS continues to investigate the cause of the outage, they are still unable to determine the root cause. There is no ETR at this time.

    Hello, After our provider reseated a number of transport cards, we're seeing services restored. If you're still seeing your service impacted, please verify power then perform a reboot of the equipment onsite.
