An issue has been identified with our login service. All data is secure. Users have a 50% change of login succeeding on any particular attempt. The temporary workaround is to retry the login, each attempt has a 50% chance to succeed. This is due to an issue with a load balancer: when the user returns from the Google or Microsoft login steps there is a 50% chance they are reconnected to the same session they started with and the login succeeds. The other 50% of the time the login will fail. We are working on permanent fix.
