On June 04, 2021, beginning at around 6:30 AM PDT, Welkin’s customers began experiencing extreme slowness in performance on the coach portal. The root cause was identified as a scaling issue of our cloud environment. The service incident was fully resolved by the Welkin Engineering Team on June 04 at 7:42 AM PDT, approximately one hour and 10 minutes after the incident began. To resolve the issue, Welkin restored the scale servers to normal capacity. Users have since been able to resume normal activity on Welkin and no further issues related to this incident have persisted.
