    Dear Customers, We received notification from Twilio of “call failures” in their calling platform and MMS & SMS delays in messaging today. We use Twilio for both our calling & messaging needs in our platform. The issues are currently resolved. The calling failures were resolved as of 10:51 AM PDT. The messaging delays were resolved as of 12:43 PM PDT.
