Dear Customers, We received notification from Mailgun of “e-mail failures” in their mail platform as of today, June 9th 5:25AM PDT. We use Mailgun for our In-bound & Out-bound emailing. Currently there is a partial outage for outbound emailing. We will continue to monitor progress. TimeLine: The e-mail issues started as of June 9th 05:25 PDT AM PDT. Mailgun update: 10:45 AM PDT: Monitoring - A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results. We are currently experiencing a delay in Stats as we catch up from the previous delivery issues, and we will continue monitoring that as well. Thank you, The Welkin Team
