    Dear Customers, Data Exports in patients Insights has been intentionally turned off and is not operational. This was done to mitigate the slowness that occurred on July 6th. Current status: Engineering has identified a solution and will provide an update on Monday July 11th after testing. If there are any questions or concerns please be free to contact us.     As of Monday July 11th, Engineering has implemented a workaround that resolves “Data exports in patients insights” for the majority of our customers. A select few customers, who have already been informed, will be updated when we find a resolution for them. Thank you, The Welkin Team
