At this time we have no estimated time for restoration, however, our Systems team is actively working to resolve the issue and minimize any disruptions of service. Our networking team located the issue that caused some customers in our west coast data center to lose power. Although this did result in a disruption in service, we're pleased that no permanent damage or data loss occurred. Full operation of all servers has been restored at this time. We appreciate your patience while we worked to resolve this issue.
