Our service provider is performing scheduled maintenance on our communications software. Once maintenance has begun, no new Messaging conversations will be able to begin until the maintenance is complete. Maintenance is expected to begin on February 13th at 9:15 AM Eastern U.S. time, and is expected to last for less than two hours. Updates will be posted here as they become available. We apologize for any inconvenience and are working with our service provider to make sure the disruption is as brief as possible. No impact on customer services, such as web hosting or email, is expected.
