    An issue was identified where QR codes were not displayed correctly in Vouched Now expierenc and the Javascript plugin experience. End customers would not have been able to handoff the IDV expierence to a mobile phone or other device via scanning the QR code. A fix was deployed at 10/23 1:20am PST.
