We are currently investigating an issue where users are experiencing login failures when attempting to sign into the Voipcom plugin. Current Impact: Users may receive error messages or be unable to authenticate within the Click-to-Call extension. The Click-to-Call functionality is currently unavailable for users who are not already signed in.

Our upstream partner for the Voipcom plugin has identified the root cause of the login failures. They are currently working on a fix to restore authentication services for the Click-to-Call functionality.
