Omnissa Intelligence will remove access from the legacy vmwservices.com domain on May 18th, 2026. Only traffic to [region].data.workspaceone.com or [region].data.workspaceone-gov.com will be allowed. If you have not already, please follow the steps outlined in https://kb.omnissa.com/s/article/6000843?lang=en_US&queryTerm=vmwservices.com immediately for all services in use. Impact: - Intelligence API requests to vmwservices.com domains will fail - Attempts to login to intelligence from the vmwservices.com URL will fail - Experience management telemetry data will fail to be sent for agent versions below 25.03 Additional Information and Support: Please visit Service Support Website at Customer Connect (https://customerconnect.omnissa.com/home) to submit a case through Customer Connect.
