Automatic carrier identification (ACI) references were not being processed beginning on December 21, 2024 through January 7, 2025 due to urgent maintenance of a carrier connection by the Engineering team. This disruption was not intended to persist across multiple days, and was resolved in the early afternoon (U.S. Pacific time) on January 7th. The Support team is working on reprocessing any references created during this timeframe in order to determine the supported carrier for the provided container ID and begin tracking the container if data is able to be found. We apologize for any inconvenience caused to users who make use of the ACI endpoint of the Vizion API. If there are any questions about this incident, please reach out to [email protected].
Connectivity to Regional Container Lines is degraded and our Engineering teams are currently investigating the cause. We will update this incident as soon as more information is available. AIS events were not being received beginning on November 12, 2024 and through November 13, 2024. Connection has been restored on November 14th. The Engineering team is backfilling vessel events from the 12th and 13th into references that were affected. Any missing milestones should be available by early next week if not already received.

Norfolk Southern connectivity is disrupted. The issue has been identified and we are working on a resolution. As a result of this disruption, shipments traveling on NS will not receive events from the railway. Other data sources are still active and references will continue to update from carrier, terminal & AIS sources.
