We have seen reports of any client using 123-reg for DNS experiencing a loss of service, 123 Reg DNS systems are offline so any site using them will appear offline. Visualsoft infrastructure remains unaffected.

123-reg are aware of the issue, but as of yet have not updated their status page: https://www.123-status.co.uk/ Some domains are available again but until 123-reg confirm resolution we will continue to monitor this issue.
