We are currently experiencing a disruption on ticketing widget. Our team is working to identify the root cause and implement a solution as soon as possible. We’ll share another update shortly.

Dear customer, On September 15th, from 8:33 till 9:04 CEST, we experienced a disruption affecting our ticketing sales flow. The incident was caused by a data migration that resulted in a compatibility issue between the updated data and the version of our forms service running in production. As a result, ticketing widget sales and backoffice sales (via the sales app) were unavailable. Direct-selling customers were only impacted when using form fields. To prevent similar issues in the future, we are reviewing our migration processes and reinforcing our monitoring. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for your continued trust. Team Vintia

This morning, we experienced a disruption. Our team identified the root cause and implemented a fix. We are actively monitoring the solution to ensure continued stability and prevent further issues. A detailed post-mortem will be provided soon.

Dear customer, On January 13, starting at 8:30 CET, we experienced an outage in our ticketing widget flow due to service instability. The issue was resolved within 15 minutes by reverting the affected service to a previous version. To prevent similar incidents, we are enhancing our automated testing systems to better detect and address such scenarios in the future. Additionally, we are exploring the possibility of automatically rolling back services during faulty deployments. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and thank you for your understanding as we continue to improve our systems. Team Vintia
