    Dear customer, Today from 12:10 till 13:02 we experienced unexpected load on our system. This caused a period of degraded performance, mainly during the following time frames: 12:13 - 12:15 CET (2min) 12:22 - 12:36 CET (14min) 12u45 - 12u47 CET (2min) To help prevent similar issues in the future, we will strengthen our database layer, traffic protection and improve our automated test suite.
