Dear customer, On June 2nd, from 08:42 till 09:08 CEST, we experienced degraded performance on our Enviso platform. The incident was caused by a database lock, primarily affecting tables related to the visitor self-service functionality. To prevent similar issues in the future, we will implement additional safeguards in our CD pipeline.
