Dear customer, On October 6th, from 13:47 till 13:57 CEST, we experienced degraded performance on our Enviso platform. The incident was caused by a faulty downgrade of our caching component, which led to multiple restarts. As a result, our services were unable to access the cache properly and became unstable. To prevent similar issues in the future, we are enhancing our infrastructure deployment process to ensure greater reliability and stability.
