We are currently investigating an outage which is impacting a small group of customers access to web portals. We are working to resolve these issues as quickly as possible.

The cause of this outage has been identified and we are working on bringing the impacted portals back online as soon as we can. At this stage we expect the ETA for full access to be restored for all customers is 3 - 4 hours.
