    We are currently investigating the degraded performance of our authentication infrastructure that occurred between 18:40-18:57 UTC. During this timeframe, some customers may have experienced longer DNS query response times or timeouts. Valimail continues to observe restored services following an earlier incident; performance has now stabilized. Valimail engineers continue to monitor for further disruption.
