We are currently investigating the degraded performance of our authentication infrastructure that occurred between 17:20-18:01 UTC. During this timeframe, our servers may have been slow to respond to some queries for customer email authentication records. Valimail continues to observe restored services following an earlier incident; performance has now stabilized. Valimail engineers continue to monitor for further disruption. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your patience.
