    We’ve identified an issue affecting games that still use the legacy deltaDNA SDK. Since about 23:00 UTC on November 5th all events being sent to deltaDNA endpoints (*.deltadna.net) are not currently being collected. Games that send data straight to Unity Analytics endpoints are not affected. Reminder: migrating off the deltaDNA SDK The deltaDNA SDK and its .deltadna.net endpoints are deprecated, and we’ll stop supporting them soon To avoid disruptions like this one, please modify your SDK to send events to Unity Analytics: Update your deltaDNA SDK setup so collectUrl and engageUrl point to the Unity Analytics endpoints instead of the .deltadna.net addresses. If you need assistance to do this, please reach out to support.

    Between 20:09 and 20:18 UTC, Lobby, Friends, Relay and Distributed Authority experienced elevated error rates and failed requests due to degraded performance in a backing database during planned infrastructure maintenance. Some players were unable to create or join lobbies, and some active multiplayer sessions were disconnected. The issue has been resolved and all services are operating normally.
