We have received multiple reports that AT&T, Yahoo, and AOL are all rejecting most if not all email sent to their users for "Policy Reasons". this is an issue on the remote side and we are monitoring the situation but there is nothing we can do. We will send an update when we have more info or know it is resolved. The error will look something like this: <<< 554 [RL02] Message content not accepted for policy reasons; see https://postmaster.yahooinc.com/error-codes 554 5.0.0 Service unavailable

While we still have no official word what has happened but we are working under the assumption they made security changes that align with newer security policies even though older ones are still technically valid. Many newer customers already had these new policies in place but some older customers that predated them needed changes made. 1. If you are a contract customer and we have access to your DNS settings we have already implemented the fix. 2. If you are a contract customer but we don't have access to manage your DNS records we will reach out to you to figure out how to get changes made. 3. If you are a non contract customer we will be reaching out to get approval to make the changes. We are moving this to monitored status and do not expect to send any additional mass alerts on this subject.
