A fix has been implemented and we are now monitoring for recovery of Page Server in the Asia Pacific region.

Health checks have returned to 100% as of 9:17 AM PST. Visitors from Asia Pacific region should be able to view live Unbounce pages without any errors now. Our engineering team is continuing to monitor traffic to ensure error rates stabilize completely.

A fix has been implemented and we're monitoring the results. All of the navigation links are available again.

Our engineering team has implemented a fix, and lead delivery to integrations is now processing again. The system is currently working through a backlog of delayed integration events, and we expect catch-up processing to continue for several hours. During this time, newly submitted leads and integration deliveries may still experience delays while the backlog is being processed. We will continue to share updates as progress is made.

The backlog of delayed integration events has now been processed, and new events should be processed normally again in real time. Next, our Engineering team will work on backfilling any events impacted by the outage and syncing integration errors to the UI.

The integration events affected by the incident have all been backfilled. As a next step, our engineers will work towards syncing integration errors to the UI. Feb 20, 08:11 PST Investigating - We are currently investigating our in-app cancellation requests being blocked by an external form error. Please contact our support team at https://unbounce.com/contact-us/support/ to have cancellations manually processed.

Dec 14, 23:45 PST Resolved - The issue should now be resolved as we see traffic volumes have now returned to normal. Dec 14, 22:00 PST Monitoring - The resolution has been implemented and are seeing recovery. We will continue to monitor as the recovery propagates across the network. Dec 14, 21:36 PST Identified - Unbounce is currently experiencing an outage on ubpages.com. Visitors can be met with an error when trying to load a live page published to a ubpages.com domain. Other domains are unaffected. If you're using an ubpages.com domain for a campaign then we would recommend pausing the campaign until the issue is resolved. We have identified the issue and are currently working towards resolution.

Dec 3, 20:00 PST Completed - The scheduled maintenance has been completed. Dec 3, 18:00 PST In progress - Scheduled maintenance is currently in progress. We will provide updates as necessary. Nov 28, 16:06 PST Scheduled - We'll be performing scheduled maintenance on the application starting at 6:00 PM PT on Wednesday, December 3rd 2025. Maintenance is expected to last approximately 2 hours. During this window, you may experience intermittent disruptions or degraded performance within the Unbounce application. Published pages will not be affected.

Oct 29, 08:40 PDT Resolved - Publishing functionality is fully restored. All pages that were previously stuck in publishing have now been published. No further action is required from users. Oct 29, 08:22 PDT Monitoring - Publishing pages is operational again, and we are monitoring to ensure everything remains stable. Oct 29, 08:08 PDT Investigating - We’re currently investigating an issue preventing pages from being published in Unbounce. Users may see the “We’re publishing your page” message indefinitely, and the publishing process does not complete. Our team is actively working to identify the cause and restore full publishing functionality as soon as possible. We’ll provide updates here as they become available.
