Integration users may also be affected. During this time, you may find users encounter an error mesage when they try to upload files. We’ve fixed it! Due to an unexpected service incident, you may have been unable to upload files in Originality, CrossRef Similarity Check, Similarity, SimCheck and iThenticate V2 today. Users accessing via an integration may also have been affected. We are pleased to advise that service has been restored. Submissions made via integrations may need to be resubmitted.
