    We’ve fixed it! We have identified that due to an unexpected service incident, users may have been unable to access Standard and Clarity assignment inboxes. Users accessing these assignment types via an integration also may have received errors when attempting to access the assignment inbox. We are pleased to advise that service has been restored.
