    We are currently investigating delays in message delivery on [turn.io](http://Turn.io). Messages are being queued and will be delivered, but some may experience significant delay. Our engineering team is actively investigating the root cause. We will provide an update as soon as we have more information. We apologise for the inconvenience.

    We have applied a fix that has restored message processing. A backlog of delayed messages is currently being worked through, and customers running bulk send-outs may still experience some delay until the queue is fully cleared. We are monitoring closely and will post another update once everything is back to normal.
