TrustID is currently experiencing a partial outage on the production environment. The following functionality is currently unavailable or severely degraded : VideoIdent and AutoIdent. Our team is actively investigating the issue and working to restore normal service as soon as possible. No workaround is currently available. We will provide the next update by 16:30 , or earlier if more information becomes available. We apologize for the inconvenience.
