    We are aware of an issue affecting the data center in Charlotte, NC. We are investigating the cause and working to restore access to that server as quickly as possible.     There was an upstream power issue that has been corrected. We will continue to monitor the situation to ensure continued operation but as of now the Charlotte, NC server is back online.     We are aware of an upstream issue affecting connectivity with our servers at the MCNC (Durham, NC) data center. The data center has been contacted and the problem we are actively working to resolve the issue. We will share more information as it becomes available. No users on other servers should be impacted.     The connectivity issues appear to have stemmed from an upstream carrier's outage and the traffic has been rerouted. We're no longer seeing packet loss to or from the MCNC data center and inter-server SIP queues are catching up. We will continue to monitor the situation, however at this time service impacts should be diminished or entirely cleared up. We apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you, True IP Solutions
