Due to a misconfiguration our desktop installers couldn't be downloaded from 2018-01-30 13:30 UTC to 2018-01-30 16:10 UTC for a subset of our customers who were on slower networks. After investigation we found that the problem was caused by the new HTTP2 configuration, which was reverted at 16:10 UTC and all services were restored.
