    We are currently experiencing global issues in several Trekksoft production functionalities (a.o. Backoffice, POS Desk) that could potentially be affecting access to the TrekkSoft backoffice and bookings via the booking widget, channel manager or website builder. Our developers are already investigating the root cause of the issue. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your patience as we work to resolve the issue. Our engineering and security teams identified the root cause as a cyber attack targeting our infrastructure. The immediate threat has been mitigated, and we are actively implementing corrective security measures to strengthen our defenses against this specific attack vector in the future. Importantly, our investigation has confirmed that no customer or system data was compromised during this incident.
