  1. identified Feb 23, 2026, 06:33 PM UTC

We have identified that a subset of our customers is receiving a "403 – mTLS required" error when performing GET requests, despite using a valid mTLS certificate. We traced the root cause to our WAF provider, Cloudflare. We are already in contact with their team and are working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

  2. resolved Feb 27, 2026, 08:02 PM UTC

Cloudflare has correctly identified the root cause and proposed a temporary solution, which we applied, and since, we have not seen any new errors for customers. The final fix is beeing prepared by them. For now ,we will mark this incidente as resolved since we could not identify new cases.
