    The System Admins have identified and implemented a fix to the Cloud Platform. Affected customers will notice that any delayed Incoming email will gradually appear over the next few hours whilst the servers go through the backlog of emails. We will continue to monitor the situation and will provide further updates. Next update will be provided at 21:00pm AEST

    We can confirm that Incoming & Outgoing functionality has been restored. Currently, customers will receive an error when trying to access Webmail through the TPP Console which is being investigated by the Platform Team.
