Please be advised that customers may face propagation issues when creating new Zone Records if their domain is using the following Name Servers - ns1.partnerconsole.net ns2.partnerconsole.net ns3.partnerconsole.net We are working with the Provider to identify & address this issue. Please be advised that this does not affect pre-existing Zone Records and only affects a new Zone File record. The next update will be provided at 16:30pm AEDT We would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Our providers have identified and resolved the issue as we can now confirm that any new entries into the Zone File are resolving without an issue. We will continue to monitor the situation and ensure that no further issues arise. The next update will be provided at 17:00pm AEDT

We have noticed a new issue in that customers are unable to create new records within their DNS Zone File if their domain is using the following Name Servers - ns1.partnerconsole.net ns2.partnerconsole.net ns3.partnerconsole.net We have flagged this with the Platform Provider to identify & resolve. Please be advised that this does not affect any pre-existing Zone Records and only affects the ability to create a new entry within the Zone File. The next update will be provided by 16:30pm AEDT We would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.
