We have identified an issue affecting the mobile application and are preparing an updated version for release. Users will need to update to the latest version once it becomes available in their app store. We are working to make the update available as quickly as possible and will provide additional updates as more information becomes available.

The issue affecting mobile app access has been resolved. A fix has been released and all users will need to update to version 6.5.0 via the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) to regain access. If you have automatic updates enabled, the update may have already been applied. Otherwise, please open your device's app store, search for Total Expert, and tap Update. We apologize for the disruption and thank you for your patience.
