We are currently working on an issue where the Sync Log and Sync Failures pages are not displaying any data. Rest assured, no sync data has been lost, and it is only a problem with the interface in the Tipalti Hub. Our engineering team is working on it and we expect it to be resolved shortly. As a temporary workaround, you can view your sync details under Administration>API integration>App monitoring.
