    Blue Ocean ATS is experiencing technical difficulties and the ATS is HALTed. Please see message from their team below **BLUE OCEAN ATS Clients** October 20, 2026 Blue Ocean ATS has experienced intermittent network connectivity issues at our external network provider this evening that have impacted client connectivity.
