Tibus experienced an issue with its BGP routing this morning. It began at 0855 and was resolved at 0940. Impact was sites and applications being unavailable to some internet users intermittently for the duration of that time period. Sorry for any anxiety this problem caused. We will document our root cause analysis and distribute this through your account contacts. We continue to observe the networks concerned but at this stage the issue is resolved and services have returned to normal.
