Our team is aware of a temporary issue encountered when attempting to connect Microsoft channels in Command Center, causing users’ sign in to fail even when credentials are correct. We are working to restore normal operations as soon as possible. In the meantime, we have provided two potential workarounds in our Support Center article addressing the issue.
