    Current Status: Partially Operational Discovered: 12/4/2024 10:15PM CST Resolved: ~ 12:20PM CST Impacted Product: Business Center & Marketing Center Affected Feature: Online Listings Management What does this mean for you? We are experiencing an issue where we are getting an error stating "You already have an existing Yext account" after publishing the Online Listings for the first time. This looks to only be effecting users who had not previously published their Online Listings through Business Center or Marketing Center. Current Workaround: No current workaround We are working diligently with our development team to resolve this issue; we will provide ongoing status updates.

    Our Listings partner Yext was experiencing delays with publishing which was resulting in the aforementioned error for certain users. Yext has resolved the root cause and we are seeing Listings successfully published. We will continue to monitor for any further disruptions.
