Current Status: Partially Operational Discovered: 11/22/2024 9:30am CST Resolved: 12/9/2024 Impacted Product: Thryv Leads - Command Center, Business Center Affected Feature: Link to Thryv Leads report in BC dashboard and CC dashboard What does this mean for you? When we click the link within our BC or CC dashboard to view the Thryv Leads reporting, we are met with an error advising "You do not have access to ThryvLeads." Current Workaround: CSMs can access the Admin Portal for Thryv Leads and view reporting for accounts through this tool We are working diligently to resolve this issue; we will provide ongoing status updates.

Our development team is still working on restoring the functionality of the Thryv Leads button within our Business Center and Command Center dashboards. As a work around, users can access the Thryv Leads report by logging in to their Business Center > opening a new tab > and pasting this link: https://marketingcenter.labs.thryv.com/overview This will open the Thryv Leads report. We will continue to provide updates as soon as they are available.

Our development team has implemented a fix to restore the functionality of the View Thryv Leads Report button in the Thryv Business Center. It is recommended to log out of the Business Center and back in before attempting to click the button. If any errors are still received when accessing the Thryv Leads report, please refresh the page. If any issues persist after refreshing the page, please reach out to our Thryv support team at 844-998-4798 to report. Our development team continues to work on restoring the functionality of the link to access the Thryv Leads reporting found in the left hand menu of Command Center. We will continue to provide further updates as soon as they are available.

Our development team continues to work on restoring the functionality of the link to access the Thryv Leads reporting found in the left hand menu of Command Center. We will continue to provide further updates as soon as they are available. In the meantime, users can access the Thryv Leads reporting through the Business Center. If a user does not have a Business Center subscription, please reach out to a Thryv Support Specialist at 844-998-4798 and an agent will assist with viewing any reporting. The reporting stats are still being captured properly, the only issue is with being able to access the report via Command Center.

This incident has been fully resolved. Our development team implemented a fix that has resolved the issue with accessing the Thryv Leads report from the Command Center left hand menu. Please reach out to a Thryv Support Specialist if any further issues are encountered.
