    Current Status: Partially Operational Discovered: 12/7/2024 Resolved: Impacted Product: Business Center Affected Feature: Document Upload/Share Document (staff only) What does this mean for you? All staff users other than the Primary Admin are currently unable to Share a Document, Add an Internal Document, or Upload to My Documents in the Business Center. We have a Critical Priority ticket with our development team to have this resolved. Current Workaround: The Primary Admin can Share a Document, Add an Internal Document, or Upload to My Documents. Only staff users are impacted. We are working diligently to resolve this issue; we will provide ongoing status updates.

    This incident has been resolved. Staff members will no longer have any issues sharing or uploading documents in the Business Center.
