Current Status: Partially Operational Discovered: 12/2/2024 ~7:30PM CST Resolved: 12/17/24 6:30PM CST Impacted Product: Business Center, Marketing Center Affected Feature: Scheduled Posting, Profile Connections (IG & FB) What does this mean for you? We are seeing intermittent issues with certain users when attempting to schedule posts through the Social Platform, receiving the error "Failed to save schedule" with no indication for the failure. This issue does not look to be widespread, nor platform specific, however our development team is investigating the root cause as a high priority and working towards a resolution. Some users are also reporting issues when attempting to connect their FB or IG profile to the Social Platform for the first time. We see a message stating "failure to create preauth link for platform". This issue is not widespread and may be stemming from Meta. Our development team is also investigating the root cause as a high priority and working towards a resolution. Current Workaround: Users can use the Post Now option. It is also recommended to clear your web browsers cache and cookies for all time, restart the browser, and try again however this may not change the result. We are working diligently to resolve this issue; we will provide ongoing status updates.
