    Hardware KVM/Out-of-band remote management functionality is not working as expected in ThinkSmart Manager for devices which are using EMA Agent 1.13. This is currently under investigation. Remote Desktop functionality is not impacted and is working as expected.

    Issue which was impacting Hardware KVM/Out-of-band remote management functionality is now resolved as devices are now using EMA Agent 1.12.
