Thinkific experienced a minor incident on June 16, 2025 affecting Thinkific Application, lasting 6d 20h. The incident has been resolved; the full update timeline is below.

Thinkific had a brief period of downtime, but we have identified and resolved the issue. On June 16th, 2025 at ~9:20am PST an issue was identified that impacted our site's accessibility, resulting in 500 errors displaying on most Thinkific admin pages. Developers identified the cause and resolved at ~ 9:50am PST, June 16th, 2025. The admin dashboard should now be accessible again. However, tables in the admin such as orders, users etc. may show blank or limited results, our developers are currently working to address this and they will be available shortly. We apologize for any inconvenience caused, and thank you for your patience! We are monitoring the results and will keep you updated here.

Thinkific experienced a period of downtime. The 500 errors were resolved shortly after the incident began, and all reports and data in admin tables have now also been fully reinstated. Everything is back to normal. We appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience caused!
