This incident has been resolved! Some issues that users would have experienced include: - Seeing an error after a payment was processed and delay in seeing the user created and enrolled in the appropriate product - Delays in Zap triggering due to the event not processing - Bulk enrollments failing to process promptly - Delays in creating a new user - Delays in seeing a new order in the order report - Delays in video processing - Delays in receiving an email notification as a site admin or student and overall latencies.
