We have identified an issue where creators using Thinkific Payments may see their users unable to successfully complete their purchases. While payments are successful, users will see an error message at the checkout "Your payment was received but it is taking us longer than usual to complete your purchase. You will receive an email confirmation shortly." We are currently working on resolving this and will provide further updates soon.

This incident has been resolved. We can confirm the payments of users who made purchases during the downtime period have all been processed successfully and users are now enrolled in their purchased products. Thank you for your patience as we resolved this!
