Tenfold automated monitoring systems identified an elevated level of API usage within our event processing infrastructure from 9:15 am - 9:45 am CT. Impacted Functionality: Click to Dial functionality, Issues saving Dispositions and/or Notes, etc… Resolution: This issue was resolved by our system automation, however, users may have continued to be impacted after 9:45 am CT as database queries and API requests normalized. Root Cause: Tenfold Engineering is continuing to investigate the root cause of this API usage increase of our platform. Although it was resolved, we will continue to monitor the situation throughout the duration of the day.
